Paola Bertrán
Paola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a specialization in Digital Strategic Marketing. With more than twelve years of experience leading social media strategy, she has collaborated with diverse brands and organizations to design impactful campaigns, build digital communities, and execute innovative growth strategies.
Her expertise spans website development and design, social media management, audio and video editing, podcast production, event management, and event image and branding design. She combines strategic thinking with strong creative execution — translating complex ideas into compelling experiences, high-quality content, and visually cohesive events.
Deeply interested in international relations—particularly the evolving dynamic between Mexico and the United States—Paola integrates her marketing expertise into initiatives that strengthen cross-border dialogue and positioning. She is passionate about developing forward-thinking marketing strategies, producing meaningful content, and building digital platforms that elevate ideas and institutions.
She previously served as Director of Material Resources at the Internal Controller’s Office of the Ministry of the Interior in Mexico, where she gained extensive experience in public sector operations and institutional processes.
Beyond her professional work, Paola is an advocate for wildlife conservation, with a special commitment to marine life. She has volunteered with numerous nonprofit organizations and actively supports environmental initiatives.
She served as Vice President of the Board of SNS (2019–2022) and as Vice President of Communications of the Board of CSES (2020–2024), leading communications strategy and organizational positioning.
She is part of the leadership team behind the North Capital Forum, an initiative of the U.S.-Mexico Foundation, dedicated to positioning North America as a leading economic, social, and geopolitical powerhouse.
